Syracuse Orange football has lost another defensive end as redshirt freshman Kenny Carter has reportedly been dismissed from the program for a violation of team rules, according to CuseNation.
Carter becomes the the third defensive end to be dismissed from the program under new head coach Dino Babers – Qaadir Sheppard and Amir Ealey were dismissed in early February, nearly three months after both reportedly failed two drug tests each.
The Orange will now enter the 2016 season with only six total defensive ends on the roster, and none with any collegiate experience.
