Out of the big-time Osceola High School program in Kissimmee, FL, Clarke is rated three stars by Scout, 24/7 and Rivals.
The 6-foot-2, 183-pounder originally committed to play for the Oregon State Beavers in March but decommited at the beginning of June, opening up his visits to Syracuse, South Florida and Bowling Green.
