Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse has a highly touted quarterback coming to visit next Tuesday in Plant (Tampa, Fla.) High School junior Rex Culpepper.
One of the top signal callers in Florida, Culpepper has offers from Clemson, Ohio State and Florida, among others, and is heavily considering a commitment to SU, his father, Brad Culpepper, detailed in a phone interview on Wednesday.
However, Culpepper isn't the only Class of 2016 prospect flying up for the day. He'll be joined by Plant junior safety and close friend Scoop Bradshaw.
The 5-foot-11, 170-pound Bradshaw has offers from Syracuse, Utah, Indiana, South Florida, Western Michigan, Florida Atlantic and Toledo, according to Scout.
