The Syracuse Orange have two long snappers on the roster right now, Matt Keller and Nathan Hines, but both are nearing the end of their eligibility. Naturally, SU is looking to replace them at some point. The program took the first step in doing so over the weekend.
Aaron Bolinsky, an unrated prospect from Schuylkill Haven, Penn., was on campus for Syracuse’s camp this weekend and offered a commitment on site. He’ll come aboard as a preferred walk-on for the class of 2018, getting a year under Keller and Hines before they leave campus.
