Syracuse, N.Y. — As Dino Babers and his coaching staff push to fill out Syracuse's 2016 commitment class, an opportunity to land two defensive backs in one swoop is developing.
Elisha and Elijah Daniels are both seniors at Cardinal Gibbons (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) High School, intent on playing together in college. Currently, Syracuse and Maryland are leading the pack in the twins' recruitment, Elisha said after an in-home visit from SU on Tuesday night.
Orange secondary coach Nick Monroe, their primary recruiter, and defensive coordinator Brian Ward visited the twins, who are planning an official visit for the weekend of Jan.
