Syracuse, N.Y. -- Syracuse football never got its chance to make a final impression on one of the nation's most talented high school seniors.
Adisa Isaac, a standout defensive end from Canarsie High School in Brooklyn, canceled his previously scheduled official visit to SU last weekend.
On Monday, he announced that he will sign with Penn State.
The 6-foot-5, 220-pound Isaac is rated four stars, the No. 4 weak-side defensive end this cycle and the No. 1 overall prospect from New York by 247Sports.com's composite rankings. Isaac chose the Nittany Lions over Miami after narrowing down from his top four that included the Orange and Texas A&M.
