Syracuse, N.Y. -- Syracuse football is looking to carry its on-field success over to the recruiting trail late this cycle.
This weekend, the Orange had an opportunity to make an impression on three key targets who made official visits in linebackers Mikel Jones and Lee Kpogba, as well as Michigan offensive tackle transfer James Hudson. Running back commit Jawhar Jordan was also on campus.
Jones, a senior IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla., detailed the trip during a conversation on Sunday night.
"They're still very high," Jones said of Syracuse via Twitter direct message. "This visit really helped in terms of getting a feel of how it would be if I decide to go there.
