Syracuse, N.Y. -- Class of 2018 athlete Hassan Hall has verbally committed to Syracuse football, he told The Post-Standard/Syracuse.com on Sunday.
The Maynard H. Jackson (Atlanta) High School senior chose the Orange over other finalists Louisville and Georgia Tech.
The 5-foot-11, 190-pound Hall is rated three stars and the No. 73 running back in the Class of 2018 by 247Sports.com's composite rankings. He is being recruited by Syracuse as a versatile athlete who could line up in the backfield or slot, he said previously.
The Orange coaching staff has been pursuing Hall since April with defensive tackles coach Vinson Reynolds being the primary point of contact.
