Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse football quarterback Eric Dungey is questionable for SU's game against North Carolina State on Saturday, according to the team's injury report released Thursday night.
Dungey, a sophomore, was sandwiched by two Clemson defenders in the shoulder/head area during the first quarter of SU's 54-0 loss to No. 3 Clemson last Saturday. He returned to the sideline later in the game, but not the field.
Dungey is still awaiting medical clearance to play, head coach Dino Babers said at his weekly radio show.
"We're still waiting to see if we can get clearance where it's going to be OK," Babers said.
