Syracuse, N.Y. -- Syracuse football held its first scrimmage of the spring on Saturday in the Ensley Athletic Center.
Senior quarterback Eric Dungey, who is coming off offseason foot surgery, watched from the sideline as a precaution, according to SU Athletics.
"We know what Eric can do," head coach Dino Babers said in a release. "He's seen our defense so much, it's not as challenging to him as it is to some other people. We've got some quarterbacks we need to take a look at. This is our best opportunity to take a look at them, so we did that.
