Syracuse, N.Y. -- Syracuse football senior long snapper Matt Keller will miss the remainder of the season because of injury, coach Dino Babers said Monday.
Keller was injured when safety K'Von Wallace grabbed a hold and threw him to the ground during a punt with just more than 6 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter at Clemson.
Wallace was flagged for a holding penalty on the play.
The Orange will move forward with Aaron Bolinsky, a true freshman from Pottsville, Pa. He had repped throughout camp with the starters as Keller was rehabbing a broken ankle.
