Like Michael Jordan said, you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. So a ton of credit has to go the way of former Syracuse football star Jordan Martin who’s attempting to make the New York Jets roster this weekend.
This is the next phase in the Jets offseason process, ‘Rookie Minicamp’. While several of the drafted players for the Jets will be going through the motions, there’s another 44 players who are ‘trying out’ to make the team.
There’s not a lot of time to impress with the minicamp lasting just three days in length from Friday through Sunday.
