It was an explosive afternoon for the Syracuse football program on Saturday as they cruised to an easy 62-10 victory over the Wagner Seahawks. With the win, the Orange are now 2-0 this season.
Obviously, to score 62 points, a lot had to go right for Syracuse. And it did.
The Orange were impressive in all three phases of the game on Saturday and it led to them scoring the most points in a single matchup since 2002 when they defeated Rhode Island by a score of 63-46.
Syracuse was expected to come away with a win over Wagner on Saturday.
