Syracuse football misses out on talented 2021 defensive end Kechaun Bennett.
Kechaun Bennett, a 2021 four-star defensive end, released a list of his final half-dozen teams earlier this week, including Syracuse football, and the stellar high-school prospect didn’t waste much time at all making a decision on where he will suit up in college.
The 6-foot-4, 220-pound Bennett, from the Suffield Academy in Suffield, Conn., revealed on Twitter that he will attend Big Ten Conference member Michigan.
Several analysts had recently projected on the 247Sports Web site that Bennett would ultimately pick the Wolverines, and his choice isn’t all that surprising, even if it’s a bummer for Orange fanatics.
