Syracuse, N.Y. -- Syracuse football head coach Dino Babers said some of his position groups are "on thin ice" depth-wise heading into a Week 12 matchup with Notre Dame.
For the 13th-ranked Orange (8-2, 5-2 Atlantic Coast Conference), it appears one of those spots could be in the secondary.
The Orange has been without redshirt freshman cornerback Ifeatu Melifonwu for the last two-plus games due to a hamstring injury. Junior corner Scoop Bradshaw left the team's 54-23 win over Louisville on Friday with his arm in a sling.
"I'm hoping to have both of them (for Notre Dame)," Babers said at his Monday press conference.
