Winston-Salem, N.C. — Dino Babers likely surprised the entire media contingent during his postgame press conference at Wake Forest when he shared his regret that the Orange didn't run the ball enough in the first half.
Playing on the edge of a hurricane that created wet and windy conditions for the first 30 minutes of SU's 28-9 loss to the Demon Deacons, Babers dialed up 21 runs to 12 pass plays before halftime.
The team's conservative play-calling was met with shock and frustration by many in the fanbase.
