I think it’s only fitting that I make this prediction, as my last “bold prediction” also involved LSU. I predicted that Syracuse would beat them in the Carrier Dome. And while it didn’t come to fruition, I wasn’t that far off as Syracuse only trailed by 4 at the half and ended up losing by 10.
The crazy thing is, less than two months ago, Scott Shafer and the Syracuse football team were 3-0 heading into the game against LSU. LSU were also undefeated, and ranked in the top 5 in the country. Oh what a difference 8 weeks makes.
