Several former Syracuse Orange players will be in NYC to play in a charity event to raise money for Senegal's SEED (Sports for Education and Economic Development) project later this month.
The event, started last year by former Syracuse walk-on Griffin Hoffman, will feature Rakeem Christmas, C.J. Fair, Donte Green, Rick Jackson, Scoop Jardine, Kris Joseph, Baye Moussa Keita, James Southerland, and Brandon Triche, according to the event's website. Keita, it's worth noting, is a graduate of the SEED program.
