Incoming Syracuse Orange basketball recruits Joe Girard and Brycen Goodine were both at the Final Four this weekend competing in the American Family Insurance 3-point shooting contest in Minneapolis.
Girard and Goodine — both soon to be freshmen at Syracuse this fall — finished fifth and sixth (out of eight participants) in the contest, respectively. They competed in the first two rounds, but only the top two players in the contest advanced to the final round.
