Syracuse basketball was riding a three game-winning streak coming into last Saturday evening’s contest against No. 10 Virginia Tech. However, that streak was snapped by the hot shooting Hokies in Blacksburg, 78-56, according to ESPN.com. The Orange looked befuddled at times on offense and were sloppy all around due to excellent on-ball pressure by Virginia Tech. The Orange will look to right the ship when they visit Boston College Wednesday night.
Syracuse has not done well when they have played at Boston College in years past. In fact, the last two times the Orange played them on the road they have been solidly beaten by the Eagles.
