The Atlantic Coast Conference has unveiled its awards for the 2018-19 regular season, and one Syracuse basketball player got invited to the party. To no one’s surprise whatsoever, that Orange guy is junior wing Tyus Battle, who is on the All-ACC third crew.
According to this press release from the league, other members of the third group are Louisville’s Jordan Nwora, Clemson’s Marcquise Reed, Virginia Tech’s Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Notre Dame’s John Mooney. Battle ended the conference’s regular-season schedule at No. 6 in scoring, with 17.2 points per contest, and No. 3 in minutes accumulated, at 36.
