Former Orange guard Trevor Cooney will begin workouts next month in Las Vegas.
Syracuse Orange shooting guard Trevor Cooney signed with Stephen Pina as his agent to prepare for the upcoming NBA Draft. Pina also represents former Syracuse forward Rakeem Christmas and Pina's agency represents former forward Chris McCullough.
Pina told Syracuse.com that Cooney will consider playing professional ball internationally as well. He says the connection to Christmas helped him land Cooney. Pina has known Christmas since he was a teenager, as both are from Philadelphia.
