Glens Falls, N.Y. -- Most high-profile high school basketball recruits will take the majority of their five allotted official visits to college campuses during the fall.
The college coaches and players are all on campus. There are workouts or practices to watch and football games that the recruits can attend.
But Joe Girard III isn't like most high school basketball recruits. Girard, a highly-touted 6-foot-2 guard from Glens Falls (N.Y.) High School, is also the starting quarterback on his his high school's football team.
