The Syracuse Orange have two contests today, and the first one ended in a loss, as 2019 recruit Qudus Wahab committed to the rival Georgetown Hoyas. The 6-foot-10 center from Flint Hill School narrowed down his decision to a final five of Syracuse, Pittsburgh, Georgetown, Virginia Tech and Connecticut, but the chance to man the middle of the 2-3 zone wasn't enough to sway him towards the Orange.
Syracuse already has a formidable class coming in next season, as they have commitments from Brycen Goodine, Joe Girard III, Quincy Guerrier and John Bol Ajak.
