Late Wednesday afternoon, Syracuse offered 2017 center Nick Richards of The Patrick School (NJ).
Late Wednesday afternoon, NunesMagician.com confirmed that the Syracuse Orange has offered 2017 center Nicholas Richards. The news was first reported by Adam Zagoria of SNY.tv.
Coach Autry, who delivered the offer to the 6-10 center, will be his primary recruiter. Richards, 6-10/220, is regarded as a top-25 player in the 2017 class.
The 4-star center told me he'll "maybe visit sometime in my junior year." He also said since it's only his second season playing organized basketball, he didn't think a school like Syracuse would show interest this early.
