Syracuse, N.Y. — Recruiting never stops.
That's why Syracuse assistant coach Gerry McNamara was at Philadelphia's Neumann-Goretti High School on Tuesday, the day after the Orange's upset of No. 20 Duke.
McNamara was in Philadelphia to see a pair of Syracuse's recruiting targets in the 2017 class. Syracuse has already extended scholarship offers to 5-foot-11 point guard Quade Green and 6-9 forward Dhamir Cosby-Roundtree.
McNamara watched as Green scored 26 points to lead Neumann-Goretti to a 72-68 win over Archbishop Wood High School. Cosby-Roundtree only scored seven points, but he grabbed 14 rebounds and blocked three shots.
