On Tuesday, ESPN released their final player rankings, as well as their final team rankings.
When the team rankings were initially released, Syracuse came in at No. 6. Three hours later, Derryck Thornton reclassified to 2015 and verbally committed to Duke. That bumped the Blue Devils from No. 11 to No. 2, and dropped Syracuse to seventh.
After Thornton committed, ESPN entered him as the 17th-best player in the class, which moved each Syracuse Orange signee down one spot.
All four Syracuse signees finished in the ESPN100, and all four were rated as 4-star prospects.
