Syracuse Basketball Recruiting: 2017 Center Mohammed Bamba Offered

Two days after the first evaluation period had ended, the Syracuse Orange staff is beginning to make major moves. Yesterday, the Orange offered 2017 5-star center Mohammed Bamba.

The 6-11 center had a busy weekend, adding offers from Syracuse, Kansas, Arizona, Florida State, and UConn. Bamba also holds offers from Maryland, Penn State, Rice, Seton Hall, Temple, Texas, Villanova, and Yale.

Mohammed attends Westtown School in Pennsylvania, and plays AAU ball for the PSA Cardinals.

Trevon Duval and Jordan Tucker, top 2017 targets, have also received an offer from Syracuse, but Bamba is the first big man the staff has rewarded with an offer.
