On Saturday afternoon, The Athletic’s Blake Murphy reported that Oshae Brissett had signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Toronto Raptors, the same deal fellow Syracuse basketball Alum Tyus Battle agreed to with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The Mississauga, Ontario native spent the last two years with the Syracuse Orange before going undrafted this past June. After signing with the Los Angeles Clippers’ Summer League team, Brissett had the opportunity to earn his stripes and showcase he belonged at the NBA level.
The 21-year-old forward went on to play in five games with the Clippers this month, averaging just shy of seven points and four rebounds per game.
