The Syracuse basketball team continues to ramp up its recruiting efforts as it pertains to the class of 2022.
The Orange, which recently pledged a scholarship offer to five-star guard Zion Cruz out of Hudson Catholic Regional High School in Jersey City, N.J., has followed that development up with an offer to Syracuse-area prospect J.J. Starling.
Mike Waters of Syracuse.com reported on Starling’s schollie offer in this article. The 6-foot-2 Starling, a point guard, is currently a rising sophomore at Charles W. Baker High School in Baldwinsville, N.Y., a roughly 15-minute drive from the ‘Cuse campus.
