One of those guys, scoring machine and 3-point specialist Joseph Girard III, got a dose of spectacular news on Tuesday when the Basketball Coaches Association of New York revealed him as Mr. Basketball in the Empire State.
The 6-foot-2 combo guard, a senior at Glens Falls High School in Glens Falls, N.
