One of the most-frustrating elements surrounding the Syracuse basketball team this past term, and frankly in other recent stanzas, is a lack of crisp passing, high assist amounts, motion and post scoring on offense.
Don’t get me wrong, I bleed Orange and love this program through good and bad seasons, but the 2018-19 roster really had a stagnant half-court offense that heavily relied on dribble-drive penetration from junior wing Tyus Battle and others.
Well, times are changing. Head coach Jim Boeheim, in this Syracuse.com article, provided some thoughts on 2019-20, and I bet that a ton of ‘Cuse fanatics are going to feel elated about what he had to say.
