The Syracuse Orange men’s basketball staff is already actively recruiting for the 2022 class and has already offered two prospects in the class this weekend. The staff extended offers to both Dior Johnson and Chance Westry.
Both Jim Boeheim and Allen Griffin have been down in North Augusta, Ga., for Nike’s Peach Jam tournament and have also watched 2020 target Andre Jackson while also watching 2020 commit Woody Newton.
As for the 2022 recruits, Johnson is from Saugerties, N.Y., and is considered one of the best guards in the 2022 class. He runs with Bronny James and Strive For Greatness on the AAU circuit and is a former Albany City Rocks kid.
