But there are still weeks to go before SU's media day and Orange Madness, which occurs on Oct. 21. To pass the time this week, beat reporters Mike Waters and Donna Ditota will pick a pertinent issue per day to discuss about the 2016-17 Orange.

Mike Waters: Syracuse hasn't had its usual rotation of centers for the past couple of years. Two years ago Rakeem Christmas played 34 minutes per game, a number that went up to 37 minutes in ACC games.
