The Miami Hurricanes took advantage of Syracuse's miscues to grab a 66-62 win over the Orange at the Carrier Dome on Jan. 24, 2015. Syracuse center Rakeem Christmas had 23 points and eight rebounds, but the Orange went 8-for-19 at the free-throw line and committed 13 turnovers to just eight for Miami. The loss dropped Syracuse to 14-6 for the season and 5-2 in the ACC.
Syracuse will play its second straight road game against a ranked opponent to start ACC play when the Orange travels to Miami to face the 13th-ranked Hurricanes on Saturday.
