The Syracuse basketball team recruited 2020 four-star wing Andre Jackson for quite a long duration, and analysts for some period of time had deemed the Orange the front-runner to land his services. But the recruiting business is brutal, uncertain and unforgiving.
The 6-foot-6 Jackson, who attends The Albany Academy in Albany, N.Y., announced on Wednesday that he will join former Big East Conference rival Connecticut. The Huskies, in getting Jackson, beat out not only the ‘Cuse, but also Iowa, Maryland and UCLA.
Please, Syracuse fanatics out there, do not in any way criticize Jackson.
