In late August 2020 five-star power forward Isaiah Jackson said that he wanted to take an official visit with the Syracuse basketball program. Now, it seems that Jackson’s wish has gotten granted.
Adam Zagoria of Zagsblog is reporting that the 6-foot-9 Jackson, from Waterford Mott High School in Waterford, Mich., will travel to Central New York and have an official visit with the Orange on Sept. 27-29.
Zagoria also wrote in his article that Jackson will visit Alabama, an SEC crew led by former Buffalo head coach Nate Oats, sometime in October. Jackson’s first official campus trip, to SEC and national powerhouse Kentucky, occurred around the end of August, and Zagoria notes that the Wildcats’ boss, John Calipari, expects to have a home visit with Jackson’s parents this week.
