Mroz transferred to Rhode Island after spending last season with Victor Valley College, a junior college. He led his team to a 10-0 record and earned American Mountain League Offensive Player of the Year honors.
Parker had the second-highest tackle total for Rhode Island in 2014, behind fellow linebacker Andrew Bose, whose mark led the CAA. With Bose gone, Parker will have big shoes to fill.

The Rams struggled to just one win last season, losing by an average of 24 points. Its 12.5 points per game and 34.1 points allowed per game were worst in the CAA.
