SU Football: Avoiding The Obvious To Stay Oblivious

I saw it. I did. But at that moment, football was happening.

I was much more focused on Dontae Strickland scampering into the end zone, turning routine into the entertainingly obscene. A random play and *POOF* touchdown! That play is one of the many reasons why we watch. From my vantage, I saw Eric Dungey take what looked like a shot a lot of quarterbacks in a lot of games take. But Strickland's weaving through enemy territory for the score, well, that was eye-catching. It was damn fine football. All 26,000 or so in the Carrier Dome rising in unison, collectively "ohhing.
