SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Kyle Strickland (football) and Alexa Romero (softball) are the Syracuse University Scholar athletes for the week of April 13.
Romero is a selected studies in education major who is following the "post-secondary and human services fields" track in the School of Education. She's also working toward a minor in psychology. Romero is a peer advisor in the school of education, is a member of Syracuse's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), and has earned a spot on the Athletic Director's Honor Roll every semester she's been at Syracuse.
