SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Orange football team completed its third spring under head coach Dino Babers Saturday at the Carrier Dome. Syracuse used the last of its 15 allotted practices to hold an open scrimmage during "Spring Football Saturday" presented by AmeriCU.
The roughly 80-play scrimmage featured explosive plays on both sides of the ball, as six of the nine touchdowns scored covered at least 30 yards. The defense was responsible for two of them. Nickelback Trill Williams ran back an interception 75 yards for a touchdown. Safety Andre Cisco picked up a fumble and scampered 57 yards into the end zone.
