Syracuse, N.Y. — The Syracuse University football team has not been in the Top 25 poll since 2001, but their mascot is a Top 10 pick this year.
That's according to Sports Illustrated, who ranked the Top 10 mascots in college football.
Otto gained high marks from SI, coming in at No.8 on the list.
