The ACC will hold its football championship game at Orlando’s Camping World Stadium on Saturday, December 3. ESPN’s Rene Ingoglia was the first to report the news earlier this afternoon.
Finding a new home was a critical task for the ACC in recent weeks after the league announced it would relocate neutral site postseasons from North Carolina in response to HB2. The ACC typically holds the game at Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers. Last week, it had appeared that Washington D.C., Orlando and campus sites were the clubhouse leaders for where the game could relocate to.
