The Syracuse Orange track and field teams are in Atlanta this weekend to compete in the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Syracuse will have two strong favorites this weekend in Freddie Crittenden III and current USTFCCCA and ACC Peformer of the Week Justyn Knight, but will be looking for other athletes to solidify qualifying positions for the upcoming NCAA Regionals. Athletes must be in the top 48 in their region in their event to make it to the Regionals, where the top 8 advance to the NCAA meet in Eugene, Oregon.
Crittenden will be looking to defend his ACC title in the 110m hurdles and his time this season is three tenths of a second faster than his closest competitor.
