Syracuse, N.Y. — Tyler Lydon had to miss practice on Wednesday and Thursday, but the Syracuse sophomore wasn't injured.
A bad case of poison oak sidelined the Orange's 6-foot-9 forward.
Lydon said he went home to visit his family in Elizaville, N.Y., last weekend and helped his father, Tim, move a tree-stand on a friend's farm where the Lydons often go hunting.
"I was helping him move a tree-stand,'' Lydon said. "Usually, I'm pretty cautious because I get poison ivy real bad. He thought he had cut all of it down, but I must have touched something.
