Penn State Cruises Past Orange, 85-64

BROOKLYN, N.Y – A tough shooting night left Syracuse (4-3) with its second straight loss, falling to Penn State (6-1), 84-65, Friday night at the Barclays Center. The Nittany Lions earned third place in the NIT Season Tip-Off tournament with the win.

Elijah Hughes once again paced the Orange, finishing with 19 points. Freshman Quincy Guerrier scored his first career collegiate double-double with 13 points and 10 rebonds.
