SYRACUSE, N.Y - Three-point shooting was the difference once again as Syracuse wore down the Carleton University Ravens and won its final exhibition, 77-58. Elijah Hughes led the Orange with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Syracuse converted 10 shots from behind the arc to four for the Ravens.
RAVENS TAKE EARLY FLIGHT
Carleton took a 12-6 advantage into the first T.V. timeout. The Ravens went 5-for-9 from the field in the first four and a half minutes of the contest and outrebounded the Orange 7-3. Three pointers from Yasiin Joseph and Munis Tutu propelled the visitors to their early lead.
