With one week of the Alliance of American Football (AAF) in the books, the Syracuse Orange are quite well represented in the new league. Five former Orange have made their way onto rosters, as Kevin mentioned last week. Here’s how those players performed:
The former Orange offensive standout started his career with the Atlanta Legends, listed as the starter wide receiver. His Legends dropped the opener to the Orlando Apollos by a score of 40-6. Needless to say, he didn’t score.
Philips caught two passes on four targets for 14 yards, and also unfortunately fumbled a punt return.
