Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim started off his 44th media day as head coach of his alma mater with a question and answer session in the Carmelo K. Anthony Basketball Center.
Players and staff were made available to the media and the official 2019-20 team picture was taken in the session that lasted approximately 75 mintues. Still to come was the club's Orange vs. White scrimmage scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Dome. The scrimmage is free and open to the public.
Syracuse's 16-man roster includes one returning starter -- redshirt senior Elijah Hughes, a forward.
