The Syracuse Orange took a tough road trip down to visit the Virginia Cavaliers on Friday night. They were able to walk away with a point on the road in the ACC, drawing UVA 2-2 on the evening. The matchup between two top sides was the ACC opener this season for both the Orange and the Wahoos.
After making the trip down to Charlottesville, the Orange (3-0-2) looked to open things up off the bat and broke through in the twelfth minute. Tajon Buchanan, drew a penalty after cutting across the top of the 18 yard box and being taken down.
